chasing dreams // personal post

remember my personal post way back in january where i talked about hope for simplifying and crossing my fingers it all worked out to find more time later in the year to focus on the business, well that time has finally come. it's official - as of yesterday i now have a few days a week to dedicate more time during the week to the business. actual daytime eight to five while the kids are "in daycare" with less distractions hours. i'm kinda pinching myself at the moment. when i started this post yesterday, i had been sitting here at my desk since 8am in the morning doing nothing but working on my gigantic to-do list. it feels good. so so good.

at the moment i have a couple sessions and five weddings on my editing block and numerous random action items. don't worry, i'm working hard to get caught up. sessions and individual items should be taken care of very soon, but weddings will still take awhile to complete with five (six after this weekend) on the list. hopefully everyone can continue to be a little more patient. what should be coming soon though is all the wedding blog post previews that i'm behind on. look for those to hit the blog in the next couple of weeks. {don't forget, i'm not full time yet so i still am working a couple days a week for my current employer and have lots of kids and family activities to attend so i won't be working miracles over night just yet.} :)

chasing dreams is hard work. but so so worth it. if you really put all you have into your passion, how can it not {eventually} succeed?

for now, back to work. with all these lovely invites rolling it, it's about to get even more busy around here.
