oda | senior | New Lisbon WI photographer

If you've been following my blog, you've already seen me post about Oda a few times in the last couple of weeks. She's from Norway {so cool!} and has been here for the year as part of the foreign exchange program. Sadly, she has to head back home in just one short week, but before that we were able to snap some photos of her for a senior-like session when I did the Burbach family last weekend. I know how much the Burbachs have enjoyed having you here Oda, and I know you will be greatly missed!!

p.s. we were almost done with pictures for the night and Oda tells me she's allergic to grass...yes, GRASS!! Um, the entire session has been in tall grass!! I felt horrible! She said she takes medication for it though, but still...I'm sorry Oda!

the burbachs | family

Welcome back my very FIRST family I ever did for ESP just a short year ago. Let's just say the kids were so much more excited and enthusiastic about getting their picture taken this time around. What a different a year makes! Check out last year's session here. Instead of the kids running from me they were jumping around and shouting "take my picture! take my picture!" I was loving it and they got to run and explore which is always a fun thing to do. My daughter even photo bombed a few of their pictures. hehe. 

THANK YOU so much Burbachs for spending my Saturday night with me. I had a blast! I wished we lived closer to get together more often. Such a beautiful family inside and out. I think I could photograph you guys all day.  xoxo

The sign was leftover from an engagement session a couple weeks ago, but still very fitting, so it was a MUST to use!

 We had to do the fun dysfunctional shot on the right since her family is normally in chaos! I love it!

 There is that devilish grin "aka Carter stink face" I recognize from last year! {see shot on the right}

hannah + tom | in love

I've known Hannah for years and years. She's married to Tom <3....for about 5.5 years, but they are the prime example that just because you're already married or don't have any significant milestones in your life at the moment doesn't mean you can't {and should!} get some special photos taken together to hang on your wall {and send to Grandma!}. We had a fun session just walking around part of my farm and chatting about random things. I probably talked their ear off! No matter what I had them do, they were such good sports and always gazing into each others eyes and laughing like there was a little "look" or joke going on between them. They were probably just laughing at me and my insanity but I still loved it! lol
