the sun was epically beautiful. southern charm, comfort. rays of sun in so many places and on such a heartstomping day, how can you not believe that the loved ones who have gone before us aren't looking down on us and sending signs that they are there, smiling and adding warmth to the day, hugging them with each ray of light making the day shine a little brighter.
i am normally one who votes for a first look, but really this is what it's all about for those who choose to not do a first look. tears of happiness, overjoyed with excitement and beauty. "come here, I need to hug you!" love. and I don't think I have ever seen a group of girls laugh so much together. it was contagious and made everyone else want to laugh right along with them because the day was so joyful.
i'll warn you that there are large amounts of detail shots in this preview. i was like a kid in the candy store with all the details around me just waiting to be frozen in time with my camera. i was literally on cloud nine with the details and depth of beauty showcasing life and history in each and every thing that caught my eye.
ceremony + reception // kuhs estate and farm // spanish lake, mo (st. louis)
and this is what happens when you have your bridal entrance to the song of "the final countdown" by Europe. nobody except the bride, groom, the dj, and myself knew there was going to be different music. i loved that they did it their way, their style. so much fun!
welcome to the family Danielle! we're so glad to have you! xoxo
hugs,
em
