one of my favorite parts of mindi and tony's wedding day was the boat ride up the Wisconsin River. we had plans of stopping at the canyons for pictures but unfortunately rain and a few other events put a damper on that happening. regardless, the boat ride was just as fun and this group of girls continued to make me laugh. i love capturing those candid moments and abstract items so the boat ride gave me a chance to just hang out and do some of that.
other favorites from the day included:
- peacock feathers!
- the coasters for chicken, pork, or vegetarian for meal cards were so unique and super fun
- one word. corn! ....is where it's at. when they served the meal and i saw sweet corn on my plate instead of the normal broccoli or vegetable medley....well, let's just say they had me at corn. haha
- watching how cute mindi's parents were the entire day. during the ceremony her dad looked over and gave her mom a thumbs up and then when handing mindi off to tony and taking his seat they exchanged a high five. at the dance mom just kept hugging on dad and these are the things i love to witness
