Welcome back my very FIRST family I ever did for ESP just a short year ago. Let's just say the kids were so much more excited and enthusiastic about getting their picture taken this time around. What a different a year makes! Check out last year's session here. Instead of the kids running from me they were jumping around and shouting "take my picture! take my picture!" I was loving it and they got to run and explore which is always a fun thing to do. My daughter even photo bombed a few of their pictures. hehe. 

THANK YOU so much Burbachs for spending my Saturday night with me. I had a blast! I wished we lived closer to get together more often. Such a beautiful family inside and out. I think I could photograph you guys all day.  xoxo

The sign was leftover from an engagement session a couple weeks ago, but still very fitting, so it was a MUST to use!

 We had to do the fun dysfunctional shot on the right since her family is normally in chaos! I love it!

I was so excited to get this wonderful family in front of my camera again. {if you missed last year's fun session, check it out here.} This time they have a new bundle of joy to show off. Josiah is about 3.5 months old and a perfect angel! I didn't hear hardly a peep out of him except for once when he got hungry. And I'm pretty sure my daughter made a new friend. She instantly wanted to drag Maddy off to play in the weeds together. I think we're going to have to have a playdate again in the near future.

And the WINNERS of family + love are...

Family!

It's the Mommy and son moment that stole everyone's heart. I do have to say this is one of my favorites too! Sweet Harper was such a joy to photograph! Cute, Cute, Cute! AND he actually fell asleep for me when we laid him in the basket with his monkey. That has never happened to me before! Of course I'm mostly used to my little Mini Me who NEVER sleeps. haha.

The people have spoken and they cannot resist a sexy cowboy: Cassie & Jesse! I had the pleasure of second shooting this wedding for Krystal Muellenberg Photography and am so so thankful for it! One of my favorite weddings of 2011 for sure. So many good memories and things about this wedding I loved. It was also their handsome little man who won Best of Boys!

Are the WINNERS of the kiddos are.......

Boys!

A total of 136 votes came in for the boys and the majority says: Colton!  Yay!  There were THREE others who were tied for second place though which was pretty cool and a close race. Colton's signature way to catch the ladies include making tractor noises and batting his pretty green eyes. I'm not going to lie, I later told my husband that Colton was now added to my daughter's list of potential husbands one day. hehe   

Girls!

There were only 63 votes for the girls, but these cuties won by a landslide. They belong to one of my good friends and they are oh-so-adorable! Big sis is the best helper for her younger brother and sisters. I'm so proud to know her Mom and be able to share secrets and frustrations with her and know she'll always be there for me if needed. xoxo

p.s. Happy Birthday to Baby Girl in this picture who just turned 1!
